Villa Talitha is a recently-restored spacious villa in Anacapri set in an exceptionally panoramic location, within walking distance to the center of town and a short ride to the beach divided into two different apartments. The Villa was conceived to give a sense of elegance and luxury. Its interiors feature soaring, vaulted ceilings and clear walls next to wide windows, thanks to which the rooms are transformed into luminous and airy spaces with the outside views becoming the rooms' focal point
The space
This aparment is located on the top floor of the villa, the entrance to the property is shared with the ground level apartment but has its own separate door and patio.
Authentic and austere in its exterior look, the aparment boasts recently renovated interiors styled in a very artsy and sophisticated way.
You will find many original paintings and artworks that give a unique look to every room.
The living area is spacious and bright and has a big window on the sea, the separate kitchen has everything you could possibly need during your stay and you can fully enjoy it booking one of our private local chefs.
The property has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and ensuite bathroom and the other one with twin beds and the second bathroom is located just in front of it.
The unique gem of this property is its exterior living room situated on a stunning terrace facing the sea, where you can indulge yourself and share memorable moments with your family and/or friends. Sip a cold drink or simply sit and be taken by the serenity of the views

Per questo motivo le cancellazioni in prossimità dell’arrivo, i mancati arrivi e le partenze anticipate sono economicamente molto dannose alla gestione e non sono soggette a rimborsi.
In caso di cancellazione infatti è molto importante che resti un lasso di tempo significativo (almeno 21 giorni) per poter rivendere la struttura ad altri clienti.
Penale di cancellazione applicabile alla caparra versata:
• Fino a 21 giorni prima dell’arrivo: nessuna penale;
• Da 20 giorni alla data di arrivo: verrà trattenuto l’intero importo versato.
• No show: in caso di no show (mancato arrivo) sarà addebitato l’intero importo.
• Interruzione del soggiorno: verranno conteggiati fino ad un massimo di 3 pernottamenti;
Le caparre versate non vengono restituite, ma nel caso di successiva rivendita della camera ad altro ospite vengono mantenute valide per 12 mesi per un soggiorno successivo di uguale durata.
